Hello beautiful people! Lots went down this month, let’s get right to it.

Remember how I keep saying I’m going to Have Things to Announce soon but have not done so yet? Well, this month we’ve got not one but TWO big items:

Item One: My UPCOMING BOOK has a cover! And YOU can buy it!

Part autobiographical fiction, part satire, and part SF horror, the book follows Sammie, who – despite being an out transfemme – has to navigate "best man" duties at a bachelor party at a hedonistic libertarian wonderland in international waters, while a murderous cult tries to take over the island. You can preorder it here.

A full-length graphic novel like this has been my dream for as long as I can remember, and it took me about 15 years of trying, but it’s almost here and I’m so thrilled and excited for it to be out there and for people to read it.

I hope you’ll consider a preorder (or a request from your library). You should be able to do it from your local bookshop too!

Item the second: GRAPHIC NOVEL TWO is en route!

Is that….Publisher’s Marketplace Screenshot’s music? MY GOD it is! Hyped up to make this one, it’s going to get weird as hell.

Tough to describe this one in a single sentence but I’ve been kicking the idea around in some form for over a year! But: it’s about:

trees
having sex with a tree (?)
political separatism: good or bad (i will solve this once and for all)
having sex with separatists
the wicker man but also jaws (?)
